Blayne Kinart wanted me to photograph him with his shirt off so that people could see how mesothelioma (a cancer caused by exposure to asbestos) has ravaged his body. His message to you is: “I didn’t go to work to die. Nobody goes to work to die. I want to say to people, ‘Work safely. Don’t let anybody make you do a job that is unsafe. Dollars are not worth your life’”.
