William Owl Jr. injured his neck and back while working as a mechanic and later developed fibromyalgia from that injury. He is no longer able to do construction work, or the trapping and fishing he used to enjoy. Here he is standing on the road in Cutler, in front of one of the many houses he helped to build on the reserve.
