Information from the Landlord's Self-Help Centre:

6 p.m. - 7 p.m. - Information Fair Drop by to meet and speak with service providers such as the Landlord and Tenant Board, Find Help/211, Toronto Shelter Support and Housing Administration, Insurance Bureau of Canada, the Investigation and Enforcement Unit, and others that deliver the programs that support and assist landlords. Network with peers and share best practices and experiences while enjoying light refreshments.

7 p.m. to 8:45 pm - Presentations Join us to learn about landlord rights, responsibilities, and obligations; hear about the trends and issues that are impacting the small landlord community; recent changes to the regulatory environment that governs residential tenancies in Ontario; and learn about suggested best practices from industry experts.
