March 13, 2014 (55 minutes)

Recorded  on March 13, 2014 - Affidavits are court documents that allow the party to tell their story in detail to the court. This webinar will explore the different kinds of affidavits and how they may be used in a family law case. Using custody and access as the framework, frontline workers will learn tips for effective affidavit writing as well as for gathering evidence of past parenting and abuse within the family so they can better support women who must prepare affidavits for their family law case.
