This webinar, presented by Karen McClellan from the Community Legal Clinic – Simcoe, Haliburton, Kawartha Lakes, will examine the legal rights and options available to workers in the event of constructive dismissal. Constructive dismissal is a legal term used to describe certain circumstances in which a worker may be forced to quit, including: a significant and unilateral change in work conditions; bullying; harassment; and discrimination contrary to human rights law. This webinar will also provide some practical tips for workers in a constructive dismissal scenario.
