Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act Standards

This webinar, presented by Dianne Wintermute of ARCH Disability Law Centre, has information on standards under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act and how they can be used to help clients. It focuses on Customer Service Standards under the AODA, the only standard that has been passed to date, and looks at the proposed Built Environment Standards and the proposed Integrated Standards which include transportation, employment, and communication standards.
