Written for people with multiple sclerosis, this booklet deals with discrimination based on disability. It starts by explaining which employers and service providers are covered by federal human rights law and which are covered by provincial or territorial legislation. There is information on disability and employment including the duty to accommodate and types of accommodation. The booklet also comments on disability and access to housing and public services or facilities, and has information on filing a complaint under federal human rights law.
