Available in court districts in Ontario, Victim/Witness Assistance Program (VWAP) provides information, assistance and support to victims and witnesses of crime, including children. The VWAP aims to increase victims’ understanding of, and participation in, the criminal court process. The Victim/Witness Assistance Program is offered by the Ministry of the Attorney General in all 54 court districts.
