Information from Osgoode Mediation Clinic: If you're looking to learn more about how to manage conflict within your Family Council, join us on Tuesday March 7th 2-3pm!

The Osgoode Mediation Clinic (OMC) webinar will highlight the power of mediation in resolving complex and emotionally charged group disputes. The OMC will first explore the common sources and types of conflict, and will focus on the particular types of conflict that are likely to impact those relevant to the Family Council. The OMC will then explore different mediation theories, approaches, techniques, and methods used by trained mediators to resolve such disputes. This will also include a critical discussion of the benefits of group mediation and the limits of this dispute resolution technique.
