January 29: Learn your legal rights and responsibilities when it comes to Family Law: Mandarin

Information from the Ontario Bar Association: In Ontario, Family Law is much more than the courtroom divorces we typically see in the media. It is a set of rules that outlines your legal rights and responsibilities as "spouses" during your relationship and after your separation. In this legal information session, we will discuss who are "spouses" under the law and some of the rights/responsibilities that comes with that role. We will also briefly look at how these Family Law rights/responsibilities can interact with other areas of the law such as Real Estate, and when it may be a good idea to seek out legal advice from a family lawyer. This session will be held in Mandarin.
