A workshop presented by CLEO for service providers.

Your clients trust you to help them with problems. But how can you help when they face a legal issue?

This free 3-hour workshop will:

  • help you decide if there is a legal issue involved in your client's problem

  • direct you to dependable sources of legal information

  • help you assess the reliability of legal information

  • explain the difference between legal information and legal advice

  • tell you where to find legal advice and representation

  • suggest ways to help your clients identify the steps they need to take to deal with a legal problem

 *Please bring a charged laptop/tablet if possible.

When: Tuesday, January 17, 2017, 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. (A additional workshop may be added in the morning if there is enough interest.)

Where: Crouch Neighbourhood Resource Centre - Library Room 3, 550 Hamilton Road, London, Ont.
