Children have the right to go to school
Back-to-school sales will soon be reminding us that summer is coming to an end and a new school year is about to begin. While children in Ontario have the right to attend school even if they or their parents do not have immigration status in Canada, many students and parents do not know about this right. They may also be afraid to approach a school.
