Injured workers advocates are encouraging people to participate in activities scheduled in Toronto for Injured Workers Day, which include a rally at Queen's Park and an overnight vigil.

Since the KPMG report, the WSIB...

  • increased the denial rate of new claims by nearly 50%
  • decreased the average benefit at the final review by nearly 30%
  • cut the number of injured workers who receive a permanent impairment assessment by about 30%
  • laid off over 300 WSIB staff

Join us and help stop the destruction of our workers’ compensation system!
