The Law Foundation of Ontario will present a Guthrie Award to Judith McCormack of the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law this Thursday. The award recognizes her outstanding contributions to access to justice in positions that have included serving as executive director of the Downtown Legal Services clinic in Toronto and as vice chair and chair of the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
The event will be attended by a cross section of prominent representatives of the judiciary, access-to-justice groups and the legal profession as a whole.
