Government's poverty plan gets mixed reception

A Toronto Star article reports that the New Democratic Party critic derided the provincial government's poverty plan as "really poor." But Sarah Blackstock, spokesperson for the 25 in 5 Network for Poverty Reduction, praised the "clear and bold language" Children and Youth Minister Deb Matthews used when presenting the plan and hopes that it translates into dollars in the budget.
