Ontario to address human rights backlog

Ontario will revamp its human rights system in an effort to reduce a massive backlog of complaints waiting to be heard, Attorney General Michael Bryant said today.
Bryant said he will introduce legislation in the spring of 2006 that aims to slash the time it takes for a complaint to be investigated and heard to about a year.
