If a person believes that a provincial government organization has treated them in a way they believe is unfair, illegal, unreasonable, mistaken, or just plain wrong, they can complain to the Ontario Ombudsman. The Ombudsman's job is to investigate complaints about organizations and recommend ways to resolve the problem.
